There is a fire
One that burns blue and cold
Its in my mind but its not in my soul
There is a line, perfectly drawn on the outside
I stepped over it on the inside
Staying warm is the perfect lie
Free
Its a word covered in chains
Many men have tried to make a change but not me I rather stay the same
Its about time the sun left me in the dark
Its about time for time to return me to the start
Its about someone saying something to someone said it first
Its about life and how I only feel when it hurts
There is a dream
One where she whispers songs
All of them are beautiful
All of them are dark and dull
About a city
One that burned for days
One who's beauty fades
Thats the place I would like to lay
Its about time the sun left me in the dark
Its about time for time to return me to the start
Its about someone singing something to someone sang it first
Its about life and how I only feel when it hurts
The truth
Its a world covered in flames
Theres many men who stay the same but not me I have the time to change
Its about time the sun left me in the dark
Its about time for time to return me to the start
Its about someone singing something to someone sang it first
Its about life and how I only feel when it hurts

Fuckin’ St. Lou and a (new) crew flippin’ and flappin out a new fuckin band, making me rock hard. Besides me terrible attempt at comedic reality, it’s better for me to say that Louis D.F.B. truly is a beautiful soul and artist too. You saved me man. I don’t known the rest of the band, but it’s a phenomenal record that has me bobbing my head(s) around strangers on airplanes coast 2 coast. I am so thankful to God for summer rental. It’s the best Christian record of 2023. Thanks for ever. gabrielderose

Welp, didn't see this one coming: seven new tracks from the late '90s ska-punks-turned-glam-rockers. Solid Gold sounds like a photo album of Squad's best moments – namely, when the wheels were about to come off a freewheeling anthem, but were miraculously held together by duct tape and gang vocals. https://www.vikingschoice.org/archive/mexican-psych-ragged-rock-boom-bap-soul/ Lars Gotrich
The L.A. DIY mainstay offers a homespun collection of melodic tunes with occasional forays into noisier territory. Bandcamp Album of the Day Aug 18, 2021

So glad to hear the Sprinkle Brothers making music together again! I still remember getting into my '78 Monte Carlo in 1993 and putting newly-bought "mindsize" into my CD player for the first time in Cape May Court House, NJ after leaving the bookstore with it. Fantastic EP and I look forward to more! Michael Gross
