Counterfeit rock and roll
boring singer songwriter where is your soul
You think but you don't know
Will your records go platinum or gold?
In love with your digital fame
Your band puts others to shame
God bless you but I curse your name
You are a fraud
Everyone remembers me but you
You can't see because you opened your eyes
I heard that song before and honestly I hate that line
The truth we are all gonna die
thanks for nothing
lets be quick and say our goodbyes
You don't need
You don't love
I wish you could see yourself
Actually I take that back
I don't wish that on anyone
My guitar what a bore
Blanket statements made
Peace and love
Grease this cash machine that gets us laid
Everyone remembers me but you
I am not high
I am not well
I am not the truth or born again
Everyone remembers when you fall down
we all fall down
lets all fall down

Fuckin’ St. Lou and a (new) crew flippin’ and flappin out a new fuckin band, making me rock hard. Besides me terrible attempt at comedic reality, it’s better for me to say that Louis D.F.B. truly is a beautiful soul and artist too. You saved me man. I don’t known the rest of the band, but it’s a phenomenal record that has me bobbing my head(s) around strangers on airplanes coast 2 coast. I am so thankful to God for summer rental. It’s the best Christian record of 2023. Thanks for ever. gabrielderose

Welp, didn't see this one coming: seven new tracks from the late '90s ska-punks-turned-glam-rockers. Solid Gold sounds like a photo album of Squad's best moments – namely, when the wheels were about to come off a freewheeling anthem, but were miraculously held together by duct tape and gang vocals. https://www.vikingschoice.org/archive/mexican-psych-ragged-rock-boom-bap-soul/ Lars Gotrich
The L.A. DIY mainstay offers a homespun collection of melodic tunes with occasional forays into noisier territory. Bandcamp Album of the Day Aug 18, 2021
Fans of the Hold Steady and the Replacements are bound to fall in love with these crunchy, big-hearted indie rock anthems. Bandcamp New & Notable May 15, 2019

So glad to hear the Sprinkle Brothers making music together again! I still remember getting into my '78 Monte Carlo in 1993 and putting newly-bought "mindsize" into my CD player for the first time in Cape May Court House, NJ after leaving the bookstore with it. Fantastic EP and I look forward to more! Michael Gross
